Silver Birch A La Carte Restaurant

The seven-day licensed Silver Birch A La Carte Restaurant is an attraction in itself, with its fine cuisine based on local produce such as trout, marron, venison, lamb and beef. It is located in the grounds of the Karri Forest motel and offers the best cuisine in the Pemberton area.

Desserts are crafted daily on the premises and children are also catered for with their special menu.

We also have local wines from Pemberton wineries or Margaret River wineries.
